Pre-Op Diet Day 3

I know, I know I'm slipping already. I was exhausted last night and went to bed when the girls did.

Here is what was on the menu yesterday:

Breakfast: 2 scrambled eggs, one slice of deli ham, 1/2 oz of sharp cheddar cheese.
Lunch: Second half of the Chipotle Burrito Bowl
Dinner: 1 Serving of the baked ricotta I made on Monday.
Snacks: 2 Dubliner Cheese snacks

Calories: 1038
Carbs: 19g
Fat: 47g
Protein: 95g

I haven't talked much about drinking, I'm making sure I am hydrated throughout the day by carrying my Camelback everywhere I go. It is filled with water or 1 packet of the Crystal Light to go. I usually have 2-3 of these filled equaling 40-60oz of fluids. I also have some sips of Powerade Zero throughout the day; 0 calories and less than 1g of carbs.

I'm also down 4 lbs since Monday!!
