Pre-Op Diet Day 2

Day 2 went well. I was able to get more protein in than yesterday and I actually feel more energized than yesterday.

My eats for today are as follows:
Breakfast: 2 Scrambled eggs
Snack: 1 Dubliner cheese snack
Lunch: 8 oz Almond milk mixed with one scoop of vanilla bean torte protein
Dinner: 1/2 of a Chipotle Burrito Bowl: Double chicken, 1/2 scoop of corn salsa, cheese, sour cream, and lettuce.
Evening Snack: 8 oz Almond milk mixed with one scoop of chocolate truffle protein and a sugar free Popsicle.


This leaves me at 897 calories, 21g of carbs, 26g of fat, and 106g of protein for the day. Not too shabby!
